The NXR uses TIME’s signature Braided Carbon Structure, where carbon fibres are woven into a controlled structure before resin infusion. This gives the frame a distinctive road feel, excellent consistency and a premium carbon finish that separates it from more conventional carbon frames.
Dyneema-Enhanced Carbon
Dyneema reinforcement adds toughness, vibration damping and impact resistance to the frame structure. For real-world riding, that means the NXR feels composed over rough chip seal, broken road edges and longer endurance routes without losing its lively road-bike response.
Kevlar-Enhanced Carbon Fork
The fork uses Kevlar-enhanced BCS carbon construction to improve strength in a critical steering and braking area. This supports confident descending, precise cornering and stable handling during fast bunch rides.
Pure-Road Geometry
The NXR is designed as a balanced road bike rather than a full aero race frame or relaxed endurance bike. It places the rider in an efficient position for climbing, fast training and long rides while remaining comfortable enough for repeated high-kilometre days.
32mm Tyre Clearance
Modern 32mm tyre clearance is a major advantage for Australian road riding. Riders can choose 28mm tyres for speed, 30mm tyres for all-round performance or 32mm tyres for comfort and grip on rougher roads.
SRAM UDH Compatibility
The SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger gives the NXR a modern service advantage. It improves hanger availability, supports future drivetrain compatibility and makes the frameset more practical for long-term ownership.
PF 386 EVO Bottom Bracket
The PF 386 EVO bottom bracket standard provides a wide platform for stiffness and pedalling efficiency. It suits premium road cranksets when fitted with the correct bottom bracket system.
Internal Routing and Electronic Drivetrain Focus
The NXR supports clean internal cable routing and is designed around modern electronic road drivetrains. This makes it ideal for high-end custom builds using Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS or Campagnolo EPS.
