Practical Notes

This is a recovery-focused product, not a replacement for proper meals, hydration or sleep.
For best results, use as part of a complete recovery plan that includes carbohydrate, protein, fluids, electrolytes and rest.
Sports nutrition tolerance is personal, so test during training before relying on it around major events.

Cherry-Based Recovery Format

Cherry juice products are commonly used by endurance athletes as part of a recovery routine after hard training. Tart cherry concentrate is popular in sports nutrition because athletes value it for post-exercise recovery support, especially during heavy training blocks.

Compact 30ml Shot

The 30ml serving is easy to consume quickly after a ride, race or session. This makes it more convenient than larger recovery drinks when riders are travelling, commuting, racing or packing light.

REGO Recovery Positioning

SiS REGO products are built around recovery-focused sports nutrition. This cherry juice shot fits naturally into a post-training routine where the goal is to support the body after demanding exercise.

Easy No-Mix Use

Unlike recovery powders, this shot does not require a shaker, water bottle or measuring scoop. That is useful after criteriums, gym sessions, gravel events, triathlons, indoor trainer workouts and long weekend rides.

Useful for Training Blocks

During repeated hard sessions, recovery routines matter. A simple post-session recovery shot can help riders maintain consistency by making recovery easier to remember and easier to execute.
