Always check tyre sidewall size, rim tape condition and valve compatibility before fitting.

High Butyl Rubber Construction

This CST tube uses a high butyl rubber concentration to improve flexibility, durability and air retention. Butyl rubber is the most common material used for dependable bicycle inner tubes because it holds air well and is easy to install during everyday puncture repairs.

0.97mm Wall Thickness

The 0.97mm wall thickness gives this tube a more durable feel than many lightweight tubes, making it a practical option for MTB, hybrid and commuter riding where rough paths, roots, rocks, kerbs and road debris can increase puncture risk.

48mm Schrader Valve

The 48mm Schrader valve is easy to use with many standard floor pumps, hand pumps and service-station air hoses. The extra valve length also helps with pump access on many 27.5 inch MTB and hybrid rims.

27.5 / 650B Wheel Compatibility

The 27.5 inch / 650B format is common across modern mountain bikes, recreational trail bikes, hybrids and some e-bikes. This tube suits a broad 1.9-2.5 inch tyre width range, making it a versatile workshop and home spare.

Everyday Service Reliability

A fresh tube is often the quickest and most cost-effective way to fix a puncture, slow leak or damaged valve. This CST tube is designed as a practical service part for riders who want simple tube-type reliability without the setup requirements of tubeless.

Your tyre width is between 1.9 and 2.5 inches.
Your rim uses a Schrader / AV valve hole.
Your tyre is not cracked, cut or heavily worn.
Your rim tape is secure and covering all spoke holes.
No glass, wire, thorns or sharp debris remain inside the tyre.

Installation Notes

Slightly inflate the tube before fitting so it takes shape.
Check the inside of the tyre for sharp objects before installation.
Fit the tube evenly inside the tyre.
Avoid trapping the tube under the tyre bead.
Inflate gradually and inspect both sides of the tyre bead.
Recheck tyre pressure before riding.
Replace damaged rim tape or worn tyres if punctures keep recurring.

The CST 27.5 x 1.9-2.5 Schrader tube is best suited to riders who need a dependable replacement tube for mountain bikes, hybrids and recreational bikes using common 27.5 inch tyre sizes.

Product Care

Check tyre pressure regularly.
Keep tyres inflated within the range printed on the tyre sidewall.
Inspect tyres for glass, thorns, wire or sharp debris.
Check rim tape if punctures occur on the inside of the tube.
Avoid riding under-inflated, as this can cause pinch flats.
Replace cracked, worn or damaged tyres.
Store spare tubes away from heat, sunlight and sharp tools.
Do not overinflate the tube outside the tyre.
Use care when fitting with tyre levers.
Recheck tyre bead seating before riding.

Warranty Information

Warranty coverage is subject to CST or retailer terms and conditions.
Warranty generally applies to manufacturing defects such as faulty seams or valve defects.
Punctures, pinch flats, incorrect installation, tyre damage, rim tape failure, overinflation, underinflation, heat damage and impact damage are generally not covered.
Tube life depends on tyre condition, rim tape condition, air pressure, rider weight, terrain and installation quality.
Professional installation is recommended if punctures keep returning or if the cause of air loss is unclear.
