Ultra-Light Carbon Rim Construction

The Farsports AIR2 Super Wheelset uses a shallow 25mm carbon rim designed for climbing efficiency and low rotating mass. The lower rim depth helps keep weight down while maintaining enough width to support modern road tyres.

25mm Climbing Rim Profile

The 25mm rim depth is ideal for riders who prioritise climbing, acceleration and lively handling over deep-section aero gains. It is especially useful on hilly routes where every gram matters.

30mm External Rim Width

The wide 30mm external profile better supports modern wider road tyres and helps create a stable tyre shape. This gives the wheelset a more confident feel on descents, rough chip seal and high-speed corners.

23.6mm Internal Rim Width

The 23.6mm internal width is modern for a lightweight climbing wheel. It allows riders to run 28mm to 32mm tyres with better sidewall support, improved cornering grip and smoother rolling over imperfect Australian road surfaces.

Carbon Aero Spokes

The carbon aero spokes are designed to improve stiffness-to-weight performance compared with many traditional spoke setups. This helps the wheelset feel direct under power while keeping overall weight exceptionally low.

FarSports SH02 Ratchet Hubs

The lightweight SH02 hubs use a ratchet drive system to support reliable engagement, efficient power transfer and practical serviceability. A ratchet-style rear hub is valued by road riders for its dependable drive feel under load.

CeramicSpeed Bearings

CeramicSpeed bearings are a premium feature focused on low rolling resistance and smooth hub performance. For riders chasing climbing efficiency and high-end road speed, they add genuine performance appeal.

Race-Focused Lightweight Build

The Farsports AIR2 Super Wheelset is clearly built as a specialist climbing and lightweight road wheelset rather than a heavy-duty all-road or gravel wheel.
