High-Airflow Road Design

The Ibex 3 is built for riders who prioritise airflow, comfort and low weight. Its open vent structure helps move air through the helmet, making it ideal for long climbs, humid mornings and summer road rides.

COOLPATH Airflow Technology

COOLPATH is designed to reduce heat build-up by creating internal airflow channels across the head. This helps improve comfort during sustained climbing, high-intensity efforts and long-distance training.

SLID Rotational Impact Protection

HJC’s SLID system is designed to help reduce rotational impact energy during angled crashes. This adds an extra layer of confidence for riders because many real-world cycling crashes involve glancing or twisting impacts.

SELFIT PRO Fit System

SELFIT PRO combines adjustment stability with micro-fit tuning, allowing riders to dial in helmet tension for a secure and comfortable feel. This is useful for sprinting, descending, rough-road riding and longer endurance rides.

EPS and Polycarbonate Shell Construction

The helmet combines an EPS impact liner with a durable polycarbonate outer shell, balancing low weight, protection and regular training durability.

IONIC+ Antibacterial Padding

IONIC+ padding helps manage sweat and odour, which is especially useful for Queensland riders training frequently in hot and humid weather.

MT GL White Finish

The MT GL White colourway is clean, modern and highly versatile. White helmets are also popular in Australian conditions because they offer a bright, summer-friendly appearance and pair easily with most road kits, bikes and eyewear.
