AXS Wireless Technology

SRAM RED AXS eliminates cables completely, providing clean aesthetics, simplified installation and highly reliable shifting performance. The AXS ecosystem allows riders to personalise shifting behaviour, monitor battery status and update firmware through the SRAM AXS app.

eTap Shift Logic

The intuitive eTap shifting system simplifies gear changes by assigning one paddle to harder gears and one paddle to easier gears, creating a clean and efficient rider interface even under race intensity.

X-Range Gearing

SRAM's X-Range gearing philosophy reduces unwanted cadence fluctuations, allowing riders to stay in their optimal power zone for longer periods. The system combines wider gear ranges with tighter progression between frequently used gears.

Flattop Chain Technology

The Flattop chain design improves durability, drivetrain efficiency and shifting performance while allowing a narrower profile that supports 12-speed operation.

Advanced Braking System

The latest RED AXS hood and lever design significantly reduces braking effort while improving rider comfort and modulation. The redesigned hydraulic system delivers exceptional control on steep descents and in variable weather conditions.
