The ENVE Road Carbon Stem is a conventional two-piece cockpit component designed to connect a 31.8 mm handlebar to a standard 1 1/8-inch threadless fork steerer. Unlike an integrated cockpit, it allows the handlebar, stem length and stem orientation to be changed independently.
